Blue Apple Beach

Isla Tierra Bomba, Colombia

Kick off your shoes and find your happy place. Blue Apple Beach was designed from the start as an escape from the daily grind—a sunny paradise where the music flows as freely as the rosé. With only ten rooms, you’ll never feel crowded, while the weekend dance parties ensure you can let loose with your oldest friends or newest traveling companions. The gorgeous Colombian-Caribbean beach takes center stage at the hotel, allowing you to rejuvenate by doing nothing at all, or seize the day by diving deep with scuba or horseback riding.

While Blue Apple Beach is an escape for guests, the hotel has not forgotten the needs of its local community. Blue Apple Beach is dedicated to improving the lives of the residents of Bocachica, a community on an undeveloped island, by hiring local staff members and by subsidizing English lessons and offering interest-free loans for staff members. Blue Apple Beach is also a steward of the Caribbean, practicing sustainable fishing methods and buying locally. In 2018, the hotel formed a nonprofit organization called Green Apple to unite several hotels and restaurants in the region in promoting sustainability and reducing waste.
